Every project is unique and we pride ourselves in offering the ability to design print and web material that reflects each businesses brand and helps them stand out from the crowd. So what can YOU expect? Our initial meeting will allow us to learn about your company and your project. We will discuss your goals and thoughts about design direction. That may sound intimidating, you may even be thinking “I don’t have any ideas about design direction, that’s why I am contacting you!” and that is ok. We can walk you through design and show you just how much you already know. This is where you can ask questions and learn more about us as well.
After the initial meeting we will draft a formal proposal outlining the project and costs in detail. Once we have agreed on the project you will sign a contract before work begins. Depending on the project, you will then receive a few design mock-ups based on our initial meeting conversation. You will have the opportunity to request edits/revisions at this point.Once a design direction has been agreed on we will start work on the final high resolution files (for print) or begin building the website. You will have a chance to do a final review where edits can be made before being sent to print or prior to the launching of a website. Upon delivery of the final product (or the website launch) and you are COMPLETELY satisfied, you will receive the final invoice.
